Main application and performance:
By using the structure of moving mattress and fixing sewing head,  

the tape edge closing machine is an ideal mate equipment

for automatic product line of mattress production,

it could make the mattress move in or move out,

corner and flip automatically;

its unique abilities such as sewing head auto raising

or lowering at the corner, speed auto slowdown at corner,

sewing speed auto recovery after passing corner,

adjustable sewing head tilting angle,

adjustable sewing head lift,

adjustable sewing speed,

and adjustable conveyer speed,

greatly increases the sewing quality.

Product Main Information:

The machine is mainly used for sewing Simmons mattresses, 

mattress fabrics and wall coverings to complete the edges 

between the package seam work, but also applies to other mattresses,

sofas upholstered sewing, sleeping bag. 

The aircraft is equipped with hanging rotary power supply, 

so that the machine can do continuous sewing. 

Within the range of sewing trajectory can be arbitrarily fixed work, s

ewing speed and process can be controlled by a knee lever.

Terms:

Payment:            30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                           70% covered by T/T or Sight Confirmed Irrevocable L/C before delivery.

Delivery:             40 days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up: 

                           One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation, 

                           commissioning and training, cost for flight and 

                           suitable accommodation plus USD80/day per person

                           will be charged additionally.

Warranty:          12 months limited warranty starting from 

                          date of delivery excluding wear parts. 

                          Shipping cost for parts to be replaced 

                          during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
